Gatlinburg, Tennessee TRIP Day 2/4 (3/25TU/13)

Gatlinburg. Reminds me of Gatling, which reminds me of Gatling Gun, which reminds me of the Plants Vs. Zombies Gatling Pea . Enough of the name, let's get to the action!
Today wasn't all that exciting because of people again! We planned to go to Ober Gatlinburg (a location that we usually go when at Tennessee) and go snow tubing, but all sessions except for the 5 PM were sold out! Snow tubing is when you get a ring float (like in water parks) and then you sit on it and slide it down the snow. It's kind of like an ice slide. Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes and there are a few sessions each day. Well it seems like everyone just had to get tickets before us! We actually did go to Ober Gatlinburg, and that's where we learned that everything was sold out. Well it was a 15 minute drive, so we wouldn't want to come here for nothing. We would most likely want to come here for something, so first we went to see what the snow tubing looked like. A bit more intense than a playground slide, but not like "roller coaster intense". We went back into the building, and then we decided to go ice skating. Now I have literally no experience whatsoever with ice skating. I have a little experience with rollerskating, but ice skating is very different for me. I had to either hold hands with someone or stay near the railing the entire time. I was more like trying to walk on ice instead of skating. I was "rollerwalking". We did that for 30 minutes until the car came to refurbish the ice, and then we returned the skates and left. When we were at the parking lot (it was on a mountain along with the building and everything) we saw some snow at the grass, so we decided to have a snowball fight: my 2 cousins and me, free-for-all. Yes, it was snowing. In fact, it was snowing the day we came to Tennessee, even before we got to Gatlinburg. Anyway, the snowball fight ate about 30 minutes and got my pants dirty because the terrain was slanted and I kept falling. We headed home after that.
It was around noon, and we were staying inside the cabin. I was playing games on my computer. We were waiting for 5 o'clock to come. Five was very slow, but when it came, it was time to leave and head to Pigeon Forge to watch a magic show with Terry Evanswood: Wonders of Magic! It was inside WonderWorks. WonderWorks is an upside down attraction building. They have a legend about how it became upside down, but it is more than likely fake, but I don't want to spoil the fun. Then it will be stinky fun. Let spoil boring! It will be a smelly boring, making it fun! I think that agrees with the laws of physics...
So we ate dinner before we watched the magic show. There are no reservations, it's just first come, first served. Although, whenever you're talking about reservations, it's still first come, first served, because the first people that come gets served first. Well this is not related to magic. I should be talking about magic right now! This conversation never happened...
Terry started the show off with the fabric trick where when you insert fabric into your hands, it turns into something else. Actually, usually the fabric changes colors, but that's a different trick. So he stuffs the fabric into his hands, and then he pulled out a little ball. Then he told us how he did it. The fabric was connected to the ball (it went inside through a hole), so he stuffed it into the ball. When it comes out, it looks like it turned into a ball, but you cover the hole with your thumb so people won't get suspicious and start questioning you. But the interesting is after he explained it, he talked some more and then he dropped the ball into a cup, and it was an egg yolk with the egg white liquid thing! He did regular tricks after that, like when a person goes inside a box and then they stuff these containers through it, making it seem impossible for that to happen without the person getting injured, and then they did this trick where they turned off the lights and grabbed fireflies. They did one that I've seen before, the bottle and glass trick. There was a floating person, slight-of-hand card tricks, and one where Terry made a garden appear behind his cape. He covered the place where the flower was going to be with the cape, and when he revealed it the flowers were there. That was over, and we headed home.

WONDERWORKS!
Terry the magician!
